Jeff Jennings, CCIM announces a lease agreement between the owners of Shallowford Business Park East and Viatek Consumer Products, Inc.

Viatek will be leasing 7,825sf in Suite 149 of the 68,000sf flex space center which is conveniently located near the intersection of HWY 153 and Shallowford Road at 2115 Chapman Road. Viatek will join other national tenants such as MDA, Miller Industries, Heartland Payment and Hobart in the complex.
