Tencarva Represented by NAI CHARTER on Building Purchase

Jeff Jennings, CCIM of NAI Charter announces the acquisition of 4101 Cromwell Road by Tencarva Machinery Company. The first class 9,000sf flex space building sits on 1.5 acres and was purchased by the Greensboro, North Carolina based company for $725,000.

The seller, Integrated Properties, LLC was represented by Lee Harper, CCIM of Grubb & Ellis Hudson. The seller developed the building in 2009 at the entrance to its Cromwell Yards Industrial Park near HWY 153 at Jersey Pike.

Tencarva, who was represented by Jeff Jennings, CCIM operates out of 21 locations across the southeast and mid-Atlantic regions. Tencarva provides pumps and associated equipment to Industrial and Municipal customers.

Tencarva has a broad list of clients in southeast Tennessee including Olin, Volkswagen, TVA, Bowater, Huber and Shaw.
