Reese Development Purchases Four Acres

CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE | September 25th, 2020 | Reese Development, of Middletown, Ohio, recently purchased four acres at the I-59 and Georgia Hwy 136 interchange in Trenton, GA.  The property was formerly Cabins to Castles Home Furnishings.  Most locals remember the site originally as Bo Dyer Chevrolet.  Reese plans to demo the improvements and build a new structure for their tenant, Tractor Supply Co. 

Bryan Rudisill, SIOR of NAI Charter represented the seller, Dyer Property Management, LP in negotiations.  The transaction price was $600,000.  Reese Development reports that they will invest over $3,000,000 in the project.
