Publically Traded Investment Deal Sold

Jeff Jennings, CCIM of NAI Charter announces the sale of 6111 Heritage Park Drive. The real estate is occupied by Securitas, a worldwide leader in security services.

Jennings placed the tenant in the building in 2008 and recently completed a long term renewal. The undisclosed buyer is an investor with holdings worldwide.
