Scope of Service Experience

Mary joined NAI Charter in 2008 to implement new marketing trends, and redesign marketing materials. Mary oversaw the designing and maintaining of the company website, designing of corporate marketing materials such as press releases, ads, property brochures, investment packages, property proposals, market reports, direct-mail pieces, and organizing company events, and community involvement opportunities.

In 2019, Mary joined the property management team, as an Assistant Property Manager, to implement Appfolio a cloud-based property management software. Mary addresses and resolves tenant questions and concerns. She also coordinates maintenance activities and manages accounts, rent collections, and tenant notices. Mary works closely with tenants, vendors, and property owners to allow seamless communication.

 

Background & Experience

Having over twenty years of experience in different fields from healthcare to foreclosures to marketing, Mary brings professionalism and creativity to all aspects of the real estate business.

Prior to NAI Charter, Mary worked in Birmingham, AL at HealthSouth Corporate Office in Treasury, Sirote & Permutt law firm in the Title & Foreclosure divisions, and then at Express Oil Change Corporate Office as marketing coordinator. Moved back to Chattanooga in 2008 where she joined NAI Charter.

Mary resides in North Georgia and is married with four children. Enjoys watching her kids play sports, cooking, reading, and creative hobbies.
