Eli D. Schwartz
Scope of Service Experience
Eli joined NAI Charter in 2021. He represents the ownership interests of a number of NAI Charter’s clients. He and the team supervise property operations and building maintenance, keep accurate accounting, and maintain tenant relationships. He also leases vacant spaces for managed properties. NAI Charter currently manages over 30 properties.
Background & Experience
Eli graduated Northwest Whitfield High School with the highest honors in 2013. He is a candidate for a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance at Dalton State College. Eli has several years of business management experience with a local Domino’s franchise until December 2020 when he entered the real estate industry with Keller Williams. There he was a buyer’s agent for a Chattanooga real estate team.
