Amie Thomas has been with NAI Charter since 2003 and provides a wide array of corporate services for the company. Her scope of work includes preparing, maintaining, and reporting financials for corporate and the 30+ property management accounts valued at approximately $50 million. She also addresses payroll, healthcare plan administration, prep of state and federal taxes, annual OpEx reconciliations, annual budgeting and forecasting, utility account billing, and bank account reconciliations.

- Graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Finance.
