CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE | December 3rd, 2020 | Pandora’s European Motorsports is planning to relocate its motorcycle dealership from 4301 Highway 58 in Chattanooga to East Ridge with the help of the Border Region Retail Development District, a state sales tax incentive. The new facility located at 5337 Ringgold Road is 7,000 square feet larger than the existing facility on Highway 58.

Chad Wamack of NAI Charter represented the buyer, Pandora’s European Motorsports (Mvms Properties) in the transaction. The transaction price for the 19,250 square foot building was $1,250,000. Pandora’s European Motorsports will be doing a complete build-out on the space and plan to be in the new facility by June 2021.
