Will joined NAI Charter in 2024 to oversee maintenance and property operations for NAI Charter’s property management portfolio. He is the liaison between the landlords, vendors, and tenants on maintenance issues, property projects, inspections, and vendor bids. Having a background in maintenance knowledge allows Will to maintain the properties to highest standards and peak efficiency.
Background and Experience
Before going into Real Estate, Will worked as a Plumbing & Electric Apprentice for a local contractor. He was also a Crew Leader for an excavation company that worked with many local Residential Developers.
