Scope of Responsibilities

Mary Brannon is the Director of Marketing at NAI Charter, where she leads the firm’s branding, marketing strategy, and business operations support across multiple departments. Since joining NAI Charter in 2008, Mary has played a critical role in modernizing the firm’s marketing platform and strengthening its market presence.

Mary initially transformed NAI Charter’s branding and communications by introducing innovative marketing strategies, overseeing a comprehensive redesign of company materials, and leading the development and ongoing management of the firm’s website, strategic communications, and public relations efforts. In 2019, she expanded her expertise by transitioning into the Property Management division, where she implemented new management software to improve operational efficiency and assumed key accounting responsibilities, including rent collection, bill payments, and financial reporting. She also led property management marketing initiatives, bridging operational insight with creative execution.

In 2025, Mary returned to a leadership role in marketing, where she now oversees firmwide marketing while also managing daily business operations across multiple departments. She collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, implement best practices, and support sustainable growth.

Background & Experience

With more than twenty-five years of experience across healthcare, legal, marketing, and commercial real estate sectors, Mary brings a well-rounded perspective and a high level of professionalism to the real estate industry. Her background combines strategic insight, operational understanding, and creative leadership.

Mary began her career in Birmingham, Alabama, holding progressive roles at HealthSouth’s Corporate Office in Human Resources and Treasury, Sirote & Permutt within the Title and Foreclosure divisions, and later as a Marketing Coordinator at the Express Oil Change Corporate Office. In 2008, she returned to her hometown of Chattanooga and joined NAI Charter, where she continues to leverage her diverse experience and commitment to excellence.
