Scope of Responsibilities
Amie Thomas is the Chief Financial Officer at NAI Charter, where she has been a trusted leader for more than two decades. Since joining the firm in 2003, Amie has played an integral role in overseeing the financial operations that support NAI Charter’s corporate platform and extensive property management portfolio.
As CFO, Amie is responsible for corporate accounting and financial reporting for more than 30 managed properties representing approximately $50 million in assets. Her expertise includes budgeting and forecasting, operating expense reconciliations, payroll and benefits administration, tax preparation, utility billing, and banking oversight. She works closely with clients, tenants, and internal leadership to ensure accuracy, compliance, and financial stability across all operations.
Background and Experience
Amie earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and became Chief Financial Officer in 2021. She is an active member of the NAI Global PDM Council, NAI Global Women’s Council, and NAI Global Property Management Council.
Known for her institutional knowledge, consistency, and attention to detail, Amie is a key resource for both clients and colleagues at NAI Charter.
