NAI Charter’s Sells Excess Property for Armstrong Relocation

Chad and Parker Wamack of NAI Charter announce the sale of excess property for Armstrong Relocation in Ooltewah, TN. The 5.25 acre tract of land is adjacent to the existing Armstrong facility which has direct frontage on I75. The Purchaser, Van De Wiele, will start construction on the new facility this summer.

Armstrong employs over 1,025 full-time employees and owner-operators, dispatches nearly 500 trucks, and operates over 1,200,000 square feet of warehouse space. Armstrong is one of the largest hauling and booking agents for United Van Lines. Out of nearly 500 agencies across the country, they are continually recognized annually for performance and remain a leader in the industry in terms of both volume and service quality.
