NAI Charter Tenant Reps RICOH Global

Jeff Jennings, CCIM of NAI Charter Real Estate announces the long term lease of office space at 6101 Enterprise Park Drive by RICOH.

RICOH was represented in the transaction by Jeff Jennings, CCIM. The landlord, Pryor Bacon Co., was represented internally by Pryor Bacon, III. The landlord will build the space out to the tenant’s exact specs.
