NAI CHARTER successfully represents Regions Bank in disposition of Industrial facility

Chad and Parker Wamack of NAI Charter successfully represented the owner, Regions Bank, in the sale of the previous Southern Fabricators site. The facility consists of 33,836 SF on 2.24 acres and is located near Finley Stadium in the revitalized Southside district. Kevin Boehm of the Raines Group represented the Purchaser, Stadium Apartments, LLC.
