NAI CHARTER Successfully Represents Cornerstone Community Bank

J. Bryan Rudisill, SIOR, CCIM, Vice-President of NAI Charter successfully represented the owner, Cornerstone Community Bank, in the sale of their site located at 1248 E. 38th St. The subject consists of roughly 60,000 SF of production facility on approximately 2 acres. The Purchaser is Foundry Pattern Service, Inc.

Foundry Pattern purchased the property for $455,000. They intend to continue to renovate the subject to better fit their needs while simultaneously moving in. Their previous building burned down some six months ago.

The Bank continues to market the other half of the property which consists of some 35,000 SF on roughly 2 acres.
