NAI Charter Sells Two Industrial Buildings

Jim Fitzpatrick, MAI, SIOR of NAI Charter announces the sale of two commercial buildings totaling 44,000 square feet on 4.6 acres located at 110 W 34th Street. The Seller, Orrin Addis was represented by Jim Fitzpatrick of NAI Charter and the Buyer, Integra Holdings, LLC, was represented by Russ Elliott of Luken Holdings. The property sold for $450,000.
