CHATTANOOGA, TN – February 2016: Jeff Jennings, CCIM of NAI Charter announces the sale of a medical office building located at 1606 Gunbarrel Road in Chattanooga, TN. The 4,517 SF building was purchased for $875,000 by Gunbarrel Retina and Southeastern Retina Associates will occupy the space. Jeff Jennings represented the seller, Meadows Development.
