Jeff Jennings, CCIM announces the sale of land at 625 & 627 Signal Mountain Road from Signal Mt Partners, LLC to D&B Holdings Ooltewah, LLC. The 1.85 acre site is being developed into a Baskin Robbins and Zaxbys restaurants.

With more than 6,000 retail shops in 35 countries, Baskin Robbins is the world’s largest chain of ice cream specialty shops.

Zaxby’s is a fast casual restaurant specializing in chicken and known for their ever popular zaks sauce. The chain is located across 13 states with an ever growing footprint.
