Jeff Jennings, CCIM of NAI Charter announces the sale of 109 McFarland Road in Dalton, GA. The 4 acres site and building improvements is occupied by long term tenant, Bridge Terminal Transport. The seller, Realterm NAT was represented by Jeff Jennings, CCIM of NAI Charter. The industrial investment property sold to an undisclosed purchaser that was contacted by Jeff Jennings, CCIM.
