NAI Charter Sells Hixson Commons Office

Jeff Jennings, CCIM of NAI Charter announces the sale of an approximately 3,000sf office condo from Capital Bank to Perry T. Sherrell, CPA.

The purchaser will move its existing business into the space which is located at 4513 Hixson Pike Unit 105, in the Hixson Commons office center. Additional business uses in the attractive center include law firms and medical offices.

The $245,000 purchase was closed at Title Guaranty and Trust by Brian Kopet on August 30, 2011.
