NAI Charter Sells Former Riverview Exxon

Jeff Jennings, CCIM of NAI Charter Real Estate Corporation announces the sale of the former Riverview Exxon located at 1211 Hixson Pike in the heart of Riverview.

The property was sold on December 14, 2010 and transfers from the previous owner Mike Crabtree to the purchaser, which is an LLC managed by Chuck Pruett. Mr. Pruett recently sold Greenlife Grocery to Whole Foods and has been a dominate player in the Riverview and North Chattanooga growth and revitalization over the past decade.

The new owner plans to redevelop the building and is still considering different design options.
