NAI CHARTER Sells Former Pella Window Building

Jeff Jennings, CCIM of NAI Charter Real Estate Corporation announces the sale of 901 Cherokee Boulevard from Tate Properties, LLC to Dibble Dabble Development, LLC. The property is located next to the Cherokee Boulevard tunnel and is one of the more recognizable structures in Chattanooga. Originally developed in 1930 and added onto since, the property was most recently the home of Tate Window and Door which specialized in the sale of Pella products.

Brian Kopet, president of Title Guarantee and Trust, handled the title work and property transfer.

Dibble Dabble plans to renovate the building which will be occupied with a service company that is opening its initial branch in Chattanooga.
