NAI Charter Sells Former Circuit City Building

David F. DeVaney, SIOR, CCIM, President of NAI Charter successfully represented the owner, DZD, LLC, in the sale of their building located at 6425 Lee Highway. The building was 36,500 sf on 3 acres. Tom Dupree represented the purchaser, International Congress of Churches and Ministers Management. The purchase price was $1,350,000.
