NAI Charter sells excess property at 7502 Shallowford Rd. for the YMCA

Chad and Parker Wamack of NAI Charter announce the sale of excess property for the YMCA at 7502 Shallowford Rd Chattanooga, TN. The 5.27 acre site was previously the Turner Club recreational facility. It is located just east of Gunbarrel Rd on Shallowford Rd. The site has been rezoned with plans for an office / commercial development in the future.
