Jim Fitzpatrick, MAI, SIOR, announces the completion of sale for 2826 Amnicola Highway. This property features an 8,000 SF office building that was occupied by River Valley AgCredit. River Valley AgCredit is part of the nationwide Farm Credit System, providing financing for agriculture and rural living since 1916. The purchaser, John B. Sawyer was represented by Joe Pleva of KW Commercial.
