NAI Charter Sales Kinro Manufacturing Facility in Dayton, TN

J. Bryan Rudisill, SIOR, CCIM, and Vice-President of NAI Charter Real Estate Corporation announces the completion of the sale of Kinro Mfg. located at 311 Greenway Dr. in Dayton, TN.

The Industrial Development Board of the City of Dayton purchased the property for $1,100,000. The property consisted of approximately 100,000 SF on roughly 4 acres in the north industrial park. The City reports that they have as many as three lease prospects for the property.

Kinro manufactures windows and doors for manufactured housing. Closure of the Dayton facility was a consolidation move precipitated by the housing downturn. The City is very optimistic that it can and will replace those jobs lost in the very near future.
