NAI CHARTER Returns Center to 100% Occupancy

Jeff Jennings, CCIM of NAI Charter Real Estate announces the lease execution between Shallowford Plaza, GP and Madison Avenue Boutique for 2,250sf in Shallowford Plaza. The multi-tenant center is located one block from HWY 153 at the signalized intersection of Shallowford Road at Polymer Drive.

This lease returns the 14,500sf, six suite center to 100% occupancy. Jeff Jennings, CCIM is the leasing agent for the property owner who is a longtime client of NAI Charter.

Madison Avenue Boutique specializes in Wedding Dresses and Lingerie. The company is expanding its wedding dress line as it enters the Chattanooga market. The store is slated to open in 1Q 2012.
