NAI CHARTER represents riverfront industrial property owner in transfer to Hamilton County for Riverwalk expansion
August 2013, J. Bryan Rudisill, SIOR, CCIM, and Vice-President of NAI Charter Real Estate Corporation successfully represented Stainless River, Ltd. In the transfer of their 3.25 acres located at 1033 Riverfront Drive to Hamilton County as part of the extension southward of the Riverwalk.
The property was formerly utilized as a metals recycling facility. The property has over 1,400 feet of frontage on the Tennessee River and represents a key link in the Riverwalk expansion. The Riverwalk will soon extend from Ross’ Landing all the way south to St. Elmo and will ultimately connect with a network of trails that go up Lookout Mountain.
