NAI Charter Represents Purchaser in Southside Redevelopment Rite

Chad Wamack & E. Parker Wamack of NAI Charter Real Estate Corporation successfully represented the Purchaser of the site located at 1611 Williams Street. The subject property consists of 10,300 SF Industrial warehouse in the Southside Redevelopment District. The buyer, Daniel Lindley, plans to redevelop the project into two residential units. The Main Street / William Street corridor has experienced several redevelopment projects in recent months.
