Jeff Jennings, CCIM announces a successful lease negotiation for ABM Southern Management. Jennings represented the 100 year old company in its new office lease at 4295 Cromwell Road which is owned by the Pryor Bacon Company and represented by Pryor Bacon III. This is the second transaction Jennings has completed for the international company.
