NAI Charter Represents Crown Automotive Group into the Chattanooga Market

Chad Wamack of NAI Charter successfully represented Crown Automotive Group in acquiring a new site at 2120 Chapman Road, previously Prebul Dodge. This is Crown Automotives first location in Tennessee and will feature Dodge Chrysler and Fiat models.

The car dealership site consists of 11.3 acres and 65,000 sf +/- of showroom, office and warehouse. Dillard Construction has been hired to start work on an extensive remodeling and updating of the facility.
