NAI Charter Represents Caraustar In Disposition of Local Assets

J. Bryan Rudisill, SIOR, CCIM, and Vice-President of NAI Charter Real Estate Corporation successfully represented Caraustar in the disposition of their real estate located at 2100 Rossville Ave. Many residents would remember this site as part of the old Container Corporation. This facility was their recycle paper facility and consisted of some 80,000SF of decommissioned recycling and processing and another 100,000SF of multi-story warehouse all on approximately 7 acres.

The purchaser, Denver Warehouse Enterprise, will, in the short run, operate a metals recycling facility at the site. Long term plans would include some redevelopment of the site. DWE also purchased another facility from Caraustar, in Cartersville, GA simultaneous with this purchase. They will operate under the same plans there.
