J. Bryan Rudisill, SIOR, CCIM, Vice President of NAI Charter announces the sale of 5915 Brainerd Rd. The site was formerly Volvo Infiniti dealership owned and operated by Prebul Automotive. The site consisted of two dealerships both of which were roughly 16,000SF. The site consisted of 4.2 acres. The purchase price was $2,400,000.

The seller, Atlas Tri State, LLC was represented by Mr. Rudisill. The purchaser was the Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport Authority. The property lies directly in the primary landing zone for approaching flights. The Authority required the site as part of its strategic growth plan and plans are to demolish the improvements and return the site to green space.
