Cherokee Plaza has distinguished itself as one of the best high end centers in Knoxville. The center is anchored by Gift Gourmet and Interiors and is located at 5508 Kingston Pike.

Bath Junkie began in 1996 has grown to nearly 40 locations nationwide. Each product from Bath Junkie's wide selection—including phosphate-free bubble bath, paraben and mineral-oil free moisturizers, exfoliating salt scrub, spa tubsafe bath crystals, alcohol-free body mist, SLS-free shower gel, everywhere foaming body wash, hair conditioners, anti-bacterial hand wash and a full line of pet products—are custom-blended to their customers' specifications right in the store!

This is the second transaction Jennings has represented the owners Amber and Brent Roggeman with in the past year. The Roggemans brought Bath Junkie to the Chattanooga market leasing space from REIT, CBL, at 2040 Hamilton Place Boulevard in a newly constructed multi-tenant building.
