Bath Junkie, who was represented by Jennings on their initial entry into Southeast Tennessee has leased space in a property to be developed by CBL on the ring road of Hamilton Place Mall. The 6,000sf multi-tenant building is being constructed at the signalized intersection of 2040 Hamilton Place Blvd. The building will sit in front of Bed Bath & Beyond and next to Carrabas Restaurant.

Bath Junkie began in 1996 has grown to nearly 40 locations nationwide.
