NAI Charter Represents AT&T U-Verse Affiliate in Chattanooga

Jeff Jennings, CCIM of NAI Charter Real Estate Corporation announces a successful lease transaction between Cannonball, Inc as tenant and Osbourne Building Corporation as Landlord. Russ Elliott, CCIM, SIOR of Luken Holdings represented the Landlord and Jeff Jennings represented the tenant.

Cannonball, Inc is making their initial entrance in the Chattanooga market and will be assisting AT&T in the rollout and sales of the new U-Verse platform which is AT&T’s bundle package of High Speed Internet, Voice and TV.
