Jeff Jennings, CCIM of NAI Charter announces the successful completion of a long term lease between Blue Sky MD and Concorde Creek, LLC. The tenant, Blue Sky MD, will occupy 2,666sf of office space at 1511 Gunbarrel Road in the Concorde Creek development in East Brainerd. The office space will be built out to the exact specifications of Blue Sky MD who was represented in the transaction by Jeff Jennings, CCIM. The landlord was represented by Ryan Allen; partner in the development.
