NAI Charter Renews Sears Lease

David DeVaney, SIOR, CCIM of NAI Charter announces a lease renewal executed between Sears Holdings as Tenant and Walnut Hill Partners, LLC as Landlord. Sears occupies 100,000sf at 6300 Enterprise Park in the Bonny Oaks Office and Industrial Park. This lease renewal is valued over $1,600,000.

The company was founded by Richard Warren Sears and Alvah Curtis Roebuck in 1886, as the R.W. Sears Watch Company in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In 2005, Sears merged with Kmart which renamed itself Sears Holdings. As of 2012, it is the fourth-largest U.S. department store company by retail sales and is the 10th-largest retailer in the United States. It operates 4,000 retail locations under the mastheads of Sears, Kmart, and their subsidiaries.
