David DeVaney, SIOR, CCIM of NAI Charter announces a long term lease renewal executed between Iron Mountain Incorporated as Tenant and Walnut Hill Partners, LLC as Landlord. Iron Mountain occupies 62,000 sf at 6300 Enterprise Park in the Bonny Oaks Office and Industrial Park.
