Cable Television Installation Services, Inc (CTIS) has recommitted to another lease at 4002 Industry Lane. The 2,840 sf facility is located on 1.2 acres at the SW corner of HWY 153 @ Bonny Oaks. CTIS is based in Tampa, Florida and has been a successful business specializing in cable television installation for over 22 years. CTIS works locally with Comcast to provide residential television capabilities to its customers.
