Chad and Parker Wamack of NAI Charter along with NAI Houston Chris Caudill successfully represented the owner, Porter Warner Industries, in the sale of their site in Houston, TX. The facility consists of roughly 32,760 SF located downtown in the revitalized area near Minute Maid Park, Toyota Center and Dynamo Stadium.
