NAI Charter leases space to Boaters Plus

Jeff Jennings, CCIM of NAI Charter announces a lease transaction between Shallowford Plaza GP as Landlord and Tradewinds Gear, Inc DBA Boaters Plus as tenant.

Boaters Plus will occupy 2,400sf in Shallowford Plaza, a 14,500sf center near HWY 153 on the corner of Shallowford Road and Polymer Drive. Other Tenants in Shallowford Plaza are Steamboat Sanswiches, Just Stuff, Learn 2 Belly Dance and Window Depot. There is one 2,500sf vacancy. Jennings is the leasing agent for the center.

Boaters Plus will provide all types of boating and RV supplies to its retail and online customers and will be relocating from its current space on HWY 58.
