Chattanooga, TN: Jeff Jennings, CCIM of NAI Charter announces a long term lease at Friars Branch Crossing with ReMax Properties. ReMax is one of the area’s leading residential real estate companies. The new 7,862 office space will afford ReMax excellent visibility from highly trafficked HWY 153. ReMax was represented internally by John Rewcastle.

Friars Branch Crossing is owned by ORIX Capital out of Dallas, Texas. NAI Charter handles the leasing and management of the 109,000sf center. A sampling of tenants includes; Miller Motte College, Walgreens, LabCorp, H&R Block, State Farm, Ankars and Allen Kopet & Associates.
