NAI CHARTER Leases Space At Shallowford Business Park East

Jeff Jennings, CCIM of NAI Charter Real Estate announces the sucesful compleation of a lease between Shallowford Holdings, LLC as Landlord and Tradewinds Gear, Inc D/B/A Boaters Plus as tenant.

Boaters Plus will be leasing office space in the 69,000sf center for a call and distribution center. The tenant specializes in the sales of boat and water activity related products.

The lease is at Shallowford Business Park East which is a multi-tenant flex space center located at 2100 Chapman Road near the corner of HWY 153 @ Shallowford Road. Jeff Jennings, CCIM is the leasing agent for the center which is also managed by NAI Charter. Carolyn Zappa is the property manager.
