NAI Charter Leases Office Space to Thompson Engineering Company

CHATTANOOGA, TN – December 28, 2015 – Arnold E. Farmer, CCIM, SIOR of NAI Charter announces the relocation of Thompson Engineering, and their new lease of 7,000 square feet of class “A” office space for seven plus years to in the Broad Street Garage Associates building located at 830 Chestnut Street, located in the heart of the central business district of Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Thompson Engineering was established in 1953 in Mobile, Alabama. Since then the company has grown to include multiple offices is states throughout the Southeast. Thompson engineering is a subsidiary of Thompson Holdings, with sister companies, Watermark Design Group, an interior design group, and Thompson Consulting Services a disaster recovery firm. Thompson Engineering is an employee-owned firm in multiple disciplines.
