NAI Charter Leases Lawson Winchester Office Space at Sheraton Read House

Jeff Jennings, CCIM of NAI Charter announces a lease between Lawson Winchester Wealth Management as Tenant and Read House Investors, LP as Landlord.

Lawson Winchester will occupy office space on the ground floor of the historic Sheraton Read House which is located at 827 Broad Street. The new tenant will join Starbucks and Porters Steakhouse as the first floors prominent occupants. The leased space will have frontage on both MLK and Chestnut.
