NAI Charter Leases Century Oaks Commons

Jeff Jennings, CCIM of NAI Charter is pleased to announce the completion of flex space lease located at 4638 Resource Drive in the Bonny Oaks Office & Industrial Park. Daikin will be the tenant in the 5,000 sf building, known as Century Oaks Commons.

Daikin is a market leader that develops, manufactures, sells and provides aftermarket support of HVAC equipment and systems, refrigerants and other chemicals, as well as oil hydraulic products. Founded in 1924 and headquartered in Osaka, Japan. Daikin has more than 44,000 employees globally and operates manufacturing and sales activities in more than 90 countries.
