NAI Charter Helps the 620 Building Maintain 100% Occupancy

Jeff Jennings, CCIM of NAI Charter announces a long term lease between Russ Blakely and Associates as Tenant and First Centenary Real Estate LLC as Landlord for approximately 4,000sf of office space in the 620 Building.

The 620 Building, which is located in downtown Chattanooga at 620 Lindsay Street is owned by an LLC controlled by First Centenary United Methodist Church. Jeff Jennings is the leasing agent for the 20,000 square foot 620 Building and NAI Charter also handles the property management for the 620 Building.
