NAI Charter Helps Tenant Expand at Shallowford Business Park East

Jeff Jennings, CCIM of NAI Charter announces a long term lease executed between Logistics Made Simple as Tenant and Shallowford Holdings, LLC as Landlord. Logistics Made Simple is expanding into over 3,000sf of office space at Shallowford Business Park East which is located at 2115 Chapman Road near the corner of HWY 153 and Shallowford Road.

Jeff Jennings, CCIM is leasing agent for the 69,000sf flex space center and originally helped Logistics Made Simple lease an 896 sf space in the center. NAI Charter also handles the property management of the center.
