NAI CHARTER Helps Facilitates Sale of Battlefield Station

Jeff Jennings, CCIM of NAI Charter in conjunction with C-III Asset Management and auction.com announces the sale of Battlefield Station.

The multi-tenant retail strip center is located next to Wal-Mart at 3040 Battlefield Parkway. A sample of tenants includes Edward Jones, Gamestop, T-Mobile, Hibbet Sports and Rue 21.

The center sold for $2,572,500 to H&G Properties Management, LLC from an undisclosed financial institution seller.
